Welcome To Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes®
A note to the families we are privileged to serve:
Cremation, Burial, Funerals, Memorial Gatherings, Celebration of Life –
When our funeral homes first opened over 100 years ago, funerals were all very similar. Today there are many more options and ideas. Whatever words describe your plan – Traditional, Liturgical, One of a Kind, Personalized, Celebration of Life, Memorial Gathering, Direct Disposition, Simple – we offer our very best to assist you as we strive to serve every family as though they are our own.
Funeral planning can seem overwhelming. Our entire staff is focused on helping you through your arrangement and aftercare needs. Our experienced Life Story Funeral Directors will work with your family as we:
• Listen: Listening is one of our core responsibilities to you. By listening, we can gain an understanding of your wishes, your family and your unique situation.
• Educate: You need to know your options. From types of services, to rules and regulations, to costs - we aim to give you the information that allows you to make the right decisions for you.
• Guide: We work with each family and their unique situation. Allow us to draw on our vast experiences to help your decision making.
• Direct: We will handle many of the details and let you know what tasks you need to accomplish. But each step of the way, we will be there to direct you.
Whether you need our services right away, are planning in advance, or you recently experienced a loss, we hope this book can provide information to assist you.
Sincerely,
Lee Karelse and Matt Hollebeek
